Baking Experiment
Saw a recipe on yahoo and decided to try it together with other left over ingredients.
The red cups have mashed potato as the base (Close ups are below). Kewpie mayonaise, cheese, mushroom and bacon were placed on top. Garnished with some italian herb mix.
The two far end corners were taken from yahoo. The bacon slice was pan friend till it was slightly browned before lining one "?" of the baking tray. The bottom was also covered with an additional piece of bacon so you get a "bacon cup"..? Cracked in an egg and covered it with cheese and italian herb mix.
In the oven it goes!!
Don't ask me how long.. Just gut feeling.
I personally don't like baking cakes and pastries but baking food is a definite yes for me.

Method
- Generally pan fry or grill the chicken with preferred seasoning
- Salt & pepper to your preference
- Figure out how to cook the other ingredients.

Ingredients: Instant mashed potato Method: Pan fried with "All Purpose Seasoning" no joke.. Melt frozen instant MP with butter and milk. Texture depends on how much milk you add. |
Ingredients: Baby Brussel Sprouts - Frozen Cooked Prawns Methods: Grilled (can't remember what seasoning i used) Defrost the prawns by running them under water Stir fry BBS & prawn with diced garlic |

Matching Linguine!!
What i match my linguine with..
General Method
- Oil/Olive Oil
- Prawns always added last because frozen prawns were used (defrost by running under water)
- Usually the ingredients are cooked in the order of
GARLIC - MEAT - VEG - MUSHROOM - PASTA
Start with the simplest & probably least appetizing... O__o
Trivia
*Asparagus has to be "trimmed/skinned" like kailan otherwise it'll be tough to eat/chew. This needs skill otherwise you will end up with no asparagus to eat! :O
