Mehh..

Embarrassed by my food. Sigh... Doesn't seem appetising.
I need to make nicer stuff but i have no time...
or...
I'd forget to take a photo of it and end up not cooking the dish again.. ):
Not to worry, more to come.. together with food adventure.
Afterall, its just a lazy student's meal...

Random 4

Ingredients
Sausage - Brocollo - Carrot - Leftover pasta sauce

Method
- Blanch brocolli and carrot. Season with salt before serving
- Grill/Fry sausage
- Heat up left over pasta sauce (there is mushroom & mince beef in this one)

Ingredients
Wedges - Sausages - Tomato - Mushroom - Cheese

Method
- Grill/Fry sausage
- Bake wedges
- Fry tomato and mushroom. Add cheese after taking it out of the pan.

Random 2 - What time of the day!?

Yea... The ingredients.. I had this for dinner but it looks like it can be for breakfast as well. Hmmm..

Ingredient
Egg - Hashbrown - sliced Carrot - sliced Mushroom

Method
- blanch/boil carrot (or whatever to cook your carrot)
- fry mushroom w garlic and carrot slices
- grill/bake/toast hashbrown
- fry egg

*Mix & Match. Rubbish mix of leftovers.

Random 1

A lot of these kind of #random food if you want to take a break from rice & noodles.
I don't know what to call it..

Ingredients
Sausage - Brocolli - Mushroom - Mash potato

Method
- Grill/Fry sausages
- Mash potato (from the cold food section). Pour out desired amount into small pot. Heat w 1 tablespoon butter. Add milk to the desired texture. Stir continously to prevent burning of your potato.
- Blanch brocolli.
- Fry mushroom w garlic. Add in brocolli. Season w salt/pepper.

Mix & match... Rubbish.

Beef Soup/Stew

Ignore the noodles..
I forgot to picture the process.


Anyways...

Ingredients:
Beef cubes (1 pkt?) - Tomato (1) - Carrot (1) - Yellow Onion (1) - Garlic (1 clove?)
Black sauce (黑将由) - Salt
Chicken cube stock (optional).

Method:
- Chop onions - Chop carrots (however you want)
- Slice tomato into 6-8 piece (yes 1 is more than enough or it'll overpower everything; it did.. ): )
- Dice garlic.

IN THE SAME POT
- Fry garlic and onion till it starts to brown. Add beef cubes & fry a little to get abit of the flavour.
- Add water till it covers the beef.
- Add the cube of chicken stock (optional)
- Add in carrot & tomato
- Add 2 tablespoon of black sauce
- Season it. (Salt/Pepper...)
- Close lid and leave to boil - Ready to eat once the carrot is soft (30min?).

Triva
* Tastes best with beef cubes. Pork cubes are ok. Are there chicken cubes??

Breakfast Delux


Ingredients:
Sausage - Ham - Eggs (2) - Tomato - Mushroom - Olives - Hashbrown - Cheese

Method:
- Grill sausage. Grill hashbrown. Grill tomato w cheese on top.
- Fry Ham. Fry Mushroom w Olives.
- Low fire. "Scramble" the egg in the pan.. (i don't know how to put it in words). Add a bit of thickening cream & milk. Continue to mix/"scramble" it until it looks like that... Add cheese if you want.

Trivia
*How you want your scramble eggs to be is up to your liking. You can replace it with a Sunny-Side-Up.
*Not suitable for the "faint tummies"
