Beef Soup/Stew

Ignore the noodles..
I forgot to picture the process.


Anyways...

Ingredients:
Beef cubes (1 pkt?) - Tomato (1) - Carrot (1) - Yellow Onion (1) - Garlic (1 clove?)
Black sauce (黑将由) - Salt
Chicken cube stock (optional).

Method:
- Chop onions - Chop carrots (however you want)
- Slice tomato into 6-8 piece (yes 1 is more than enough or it'll overpower everything; it did.. ): )
- Dice garlic.

IN THE SAME POT
- Fry garlic and onion till it starts to brown. Add beef cubes & fry a little to get abit of the flavour.
- Add water till it covers the beef.
- Add the cube of chicken stock (optional)
- Add in carrot & tomato
- Add 2 tablespoon of black sauce
- Season it. (Salt/Pepper...)
- Close lid and leave to boil - Ready to eat once the carrot is soft (30min?).

Triva
* Tastes best with beef cubes. Pork cubes are ok. Are there chicken cubes??
