Kai Lan w Minced Meat


Ingredients
1. Kai Lan (芥兰)
2. Minced Meat - Chicken/Pork/Beef
3. Garlic - 1 Clove
4. Sauces etc: Oyster sauce (I use Woh Hup brand), salt, sugar, pepper powder, flour, soy sauce, black soy sauce.

Steps:
1. Wash, drain & chop the kailan.
2. Remove skin & Slice garlic
3. Marinate mince meat - add 1tbsp of soy sauce, 1tsp of black soy sauce, pepper, salt, sugar & flour.
4. Heat wok, add oil.
5. Fry the garlic till slightly brown before adding in kailan.
6. Fry till kailan shrinks and remove from wok. (prevent over cooking kailan)
7. Add and stir fry the meat till its cooked before adding in the kailan.
8. Add about 2tbsp of oyster sauce & mix.
9. Shimmer a while and you can serve. :)
