Omelette (2pax)

Ingredients  
1. Eggs - 2
2. Ham - 1 slice
3. Cheese - 1 slice


Steps:
1. Beat the eggs.
2. Slice/Dice the ham.
3. Heat wok, add oil.
4. Pour in egg & let it cook a bit.
5. Add in ham & cheese on one side of the egg.
6. Flip the other side over such that its now semi-circle in shape.
7. Flip the whole omelette to cook the other side.
8. You know what to do already. :)

Trivia:
  • 2eggs = 2pax / 3eggs = 3-4pax. Unless u can eat alot then its up to you.
  • Cheese gives the omelette flavour because it's salty. If you do not want cheese, add about a teaspoon of soya sauce to the beaten egg instead.
  • Adding too much ingredients might cause the omelette to "break" when you try to flip it.
